The name “Adige”
comes from the Kannada word “ಅಡಿಗೆ” (Adige), which means “cooking” or “prepared
food”. It directly communicates a deep cultural connection to traditional South Indian cuisine.
Adige Dosa House was founded by two passionate individuals — Mr. Saurabh Arora and Mr. Pravin Poojary — whose
shared love for authentic South Indian cuisine sparked a journey that redefined how tradition is served in North India.
